As a small business owner, you can&#8217;t afford commercials on TV or big billboards across the country, but you do have email &amp; social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communicating about Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Have a new product?&nbsp;Blast all the social media channels about it! Another great thing you can do about a&nbsp;new product is take a video of it and post it on YouTube, so you can then post it on your website. That will get the&nbsp;customers coming back to your site to check out&nbsp;your newest products and while there, maybe they will browse and buy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#x1f4a1;TIP: Always come up with ideas to get customers to visit your website. That&#8217;s the life of your business, you worked hard on it. Show it off! Plus, that&#8217;s where the sales happen! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What if you don&#8217;t get new things often?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.pexels.com\/photos\/4549413\/pexels-photo-4549413.jpeg\" alt=\"image of person looking for images for communicating on social media\" width=\"275\" height=\"183\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don&#8217;t have new products regularly, then you can always spend time communicating about other things. With a niche site, you can do all of this more easily, because you can talk about the benefits of the products, explain what people can do with the products and offer tips and advice. Really take time to show it off. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Have a site where you sell pet products? Then talk about cute puppies and kittens or comment on the latest TV shows that features pets. Or ask your customers to share with you pictures of their pets with the product you sold them. The best picture gets a coupon or a free gift! Not only do you want to promote your business through social media, but it is important to also be SOCIAL and build a good rapport with your customers. This way you aren&#8217;t updating your status and posting all day long. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Newsletters are another great way to talk to your customers. Give them a simple place to signup on your site.
