Tell us about the history of your company:

We were founded in 1991. and we are a recognized leader in the gift industry as a wholesale importer & distributor. Our products are sold in some of the finest retail stores in the world. We sell wholesale only and not directly to the public. Our products are sold under the Sheridan & Taunton brand names, two of the oldest and most respected names in the silver industry.

We started as a silver plated giftware company, but over the years, we have expanded our assortment to include non-tarnish metals, crystals, leather, glass & wooden items. We offer engraving services ranging from personalized items up to whatever quantity is needed. Our engraving services include rotary engraving, laser engraving, debossing, foil transfer & sand carving.

We can meet your needs no matter how small or large that need may be!

We offer engravable metal, glass, wood, leather & crystal giftware.

How do your products differ from your competitors?

All of our products are able to be engraved with one of our various methods of personalization, such as rotary engraving, laster engraving, sandcarving or debossing.

What do you feel are the advantages of selling products online?

By selling online and utilizing our stock and warehouse, you have the ability to offer a large range of products without having to layout the capitol needed to maintain stock.

Do you have any advice for online retailers that want to sell your products?

Personalization adds a tremendous perceived value to an item. I recommend building up your margin by taking part in our dropship program for engraved gifts.
