Tell us about the history of your company:

Since 2007 we have been creating Fire Pit Art®. Our business began out of necessity. We were hosting a fall party at our home when the fire pit we purchased at the big box store fell apart, and promptly caught the yard on fire. At the time of our party our five year old daughter and friends were frightened that the fire pit had fallen apart and we were well... embarrassed. At that moment Fire Pit Art® was born. Since that time we have created thousands of pieces and shipped them around the globe creating a gathering place for family and friends, worldwide.

Give us some more info on your great product lines:

We create functional steel art. Whether used with a fire or without, our pieces are beautiful and can compliment any landscape. Created from 1/4" mild carbon steel, Fire Pit Art® is maintenance free. American made by Tennessee craftsman since 2007. We have an Asia series, Nautical series, Iconic series, Astrological series and Animal series Fire Pit Art®.

How do your products differ from your competitors?

Our pieces are made to last a lifetime. If you've purchased a flimsy fire pit from overseas, you can expect to replace your fire pit from failure.

What do you feel are the advantages of selling products online?

Dropshipping Fire Pit Art® is something we do everyday. Whether the end user lives in the Continental USA or overseas, we package and help facilitate the shipping of our pieces around the world. We have beautiful photography which helps sell our work, but we also receive compliments regularly that our Fire Pit Art® looks even better in person.

Do you have any advice for online retailers that want to sell your products?

We ask all of our distributors and retailers to adhere to our strict MAP pricing policy. We won't diminish our brand and/or stimulate bidding wars on our work. Each Fire Pit Art® is handcrafted and made to order. We don't keep an inventory on hand, we start creating your pieces when your purchase order is received. Typically we are on a 7-10 day shipping lead time. We can also give custom quotes via email.

Hello there!

By the end of this week, we will have added suppliers this month with a combined SKU count of over 21,000 products!

Make sure to check all new suppliers out because we add something every day! Most of the added suppliers are based on our Member Product Requests. So if you are a member and there are products you want to see in the Directory, make sure to use the Can't Find it Link on the top of the Directory window.

Members, look at the View All Suppliers section to see the new suppliers added or the View All Products section to see the newest product types. :) You can access these areas from the Dashboard as soon as you launch the Directory. Look to the right.
