Resolutions

Since we're talking about the New Year, let's talk for a minute
about New Year's resolutions. We've put together the Top Five
New Year's resolutions for your personal success this year, and
it's important to your online business that I share them with
you. So. . .
Resolution # 1) Lose that extra weight!
Most people who sell online don't even realize it, but end up
dragging around a lot of extra dead weight in the form of FAKE
WHOLESALE SUPPLIERS. If you buy stuff at "wholesale" from a
supplier that you found in the search engines, or one of the
huge number of junk wholesale directories that you find at the
TOP of the search engines, you have about a 70% chance that
you're paying too much for your products. Ever notice your
competition selling products online for less than you PAY for
them? If so, you're probably hauling around a few hundred pounds
of useless wholesale middlemen.
There's a whole INDUSTRY of bottom-feeders out there who PRETEND
to be wholesalers, but they're NOT. They get IN BETWEEN you and
the REAL wholesalers, ruin your profit margin, and couldn't care
less whether you succeed or fail. So, start the New Year right.
CHECK OUT YOUR SUPPLIERS. Ask yourself these questions:
1. Does my supplier
have an actual warehouse full of products, or are they shipped
from somewhere else?
2. Is my supplier a FACTORY AUTHORIZED wholesaler of the
products they're selling me?
3. Do I have my OWN direct sales rep at my wholesale
supplier?
4. Does my supplier focus on one real product line, or are
they middlemen who sell many different kinds of products under
one roof?
Really learn who your suppliers are while you're starting the
New Year. You may find they're not who you thought they were.
Don't drag those lost profits and dead weight into 2008!
Resolution # 2) Explore New Possibilities!
The New Year is all about new possibilities. Are you getting
your products from Drop Shippers? Light Bulk Wholesalers? Volume
Wholesalers? Liquidators? The online sellers who make the most
money always use a COMBINATION of these methods to source
products to sell. For example, test a product with no risk using
drop shippers. When you find one that sells well, increase your

whether online or off, is never about selling what you WANT to
sell. It's about selling what PEOPLE ARE BUYING. That's how you
make the most money. Start off 2008 by learning about what
people WANT, and sell it to them!
