Day 12: A Business Summary

You'll find a lot of people online who tell you to create complicated business plans before you start an EBiz.

Don't sweat it. All this stuff is hard enough without having to guess at what a real business plan should look like, and estimate what it will contain.

If you're going to invest tens of thousands in building a physical store in your town, you should have a business plan. For an EBiz, though, a quick summary of your options and goals will be just fine until you grow in to the need for a business plan.
